چکیده
We show that the assumption n1 > λ in the Second Multiplier Theorem can be replaced by a divisibility condition weaker than the condition in McFarland’s multiplier theorem, thus obtaining significant progress towards the multiplier conjecture.

When Does the Subadditivity Theorem for Multiplier Ideals Hold?
Demailly, Ein and Lazarsfeld [DEL] proved the subadditivity theorem for multiplier ideals, which states the multiplier ideal of the product of ideals is contained in the product of the individual multiplier ideals, on non-singular varieties. We prove that, in two-dimensional case, the subadditivity theorem holds on log-terminal singularities. However, in higher dimensional case, we have several...
متن کاملComputations of Multiplier Ideals via Bernstein-sato Polynomials
Multiplier ideals are very important in higher dimensional geometry to study the singularities of ideal sheaves. It reflects the singularities of the ideal sheaves and provides strong vanishing theorem called the Kawamata-Viehweg-Nadel vanishing theorem (see [3]). However, the multiplier ideals are defined via a log resolution of the ideal sheaf and divisors on the resolved space, and it is dif...
متن کاملThe Hörmander Multiplier Theorem for Multilinear Operators
In this paper, we provide a version of the Mihlin-Hörmander multiplier theorem for multilinear operators in the case where the target space is L for p ≤ 1. This extends a recent result of Tomita [15] who proved an analogous result for p > 1.
متن کاملVeriication of a Multiplier: 64 Bits and beyond Revised Supersedes 12 April Version Veriication of a Multiplier: 64 Bits and Beyond
Verifying a 64-bit multiplier has a computational complexity that puts it beyond the grasp of current nite-state algorithms, including those based upon homomorphic reduction, the induction principle, and bdd xed-point algorithms. Theorem proving, while not bound by the same computational constraints, may not be feasible for routinely coping with the complex, low-level details of a real multipli...
متن کاملOn the Hörmander Multiplier Theorem and Modulation Spaces
Seeger replaced the Sobolev space L2s with s > n/2 appeared in the Hörmander multiplier theorem by the Besov space B n/2 . In this paper, we replace L2s with s > n/2 by the modulation space M 2,1 s with s > 0.
